RE: Is The Interior dead?
Thanks for your concern, but actually my name is not Philleas Fogg --nor do I live in Eureka. It's just a moniker to escape the tyranny of online image management.
Come on: '80 Days Around the World'?? :)

RE: Is The Interior dead?
Hope to see you produce more. What you have done is really excellent and inspirational. I have a deep love for Africa and come from a missionary family background in Liberia & now Kenya & Tanzania. Currently in Pre-Production on my first feature as writer/director. Bring us more ASAP. Looking forward to it.

RE: Is This thing on?
This is interesting. I was just scanning for random stuff on the internet when I thought about one of my old childhood friends, so I searched for him. I found a thread on here where some kind of critic was hammering Whitt, saying that he was part of a dangerous Hollywood cult who destroyed people that had negative opinions... and I was just impressed! :) I wish I had such gravitas, or at least a couple of likeminded admirers.
Whitt, sorry it's been so long since I've spoken to you. I hope everything is going well.
My memory of Whitt (and that is his real name... he doesn't hide behind a screen name) is that the guy has an incredible ability to absorb negativity thrown his way with grace and a smile. I know this, because I've unfortunately been responsible for treating him that way at one time or another. I wanted to respond to the guy who said all this, but once I registered, I couldn't find that old post. So... sorry for rehashing that in this new post.

Hello again friends!
Hi All, sorry it has been so long since I have posted. I have been trapped in a black hole of working and wandering.
How is everyone? From the updates on the boards, I see many of you have been keeping busy and doing some cool things. Happy to know people are still coming by here to chat and revisit our great conversations and sometimes awesome arguements with the 'haters'. I'm still waiting for Geert and Helmut to force feed me poisoned kool-aid as we all hunker down in a compound. (The Interior: Extended Cult Edition)
As for myself; Well, a few short films and a few commercials (One which I got to play an Andorian Ambassador (See photo) and I am still moving along. Some of the shorts I have done have won awards. Most recently, a short done for the 48h International Shootout recieved Honorable Mention (4th place out of 60 films) and was the only American submission mentioned. I'll let everyone know when it premiers.
I hope everyone is working hard and staying creative!

RE: Is The Interior dead?
Hey Geert, yep I am still chugging along. The International Shootout premiers in Las Vegas in April. I haven't even seen the film yet, probably won't either. I have my itch again for some international travel so I am heading back to Thailand in March (Interior: Thailand anyone???) then, if I don't land a couple of University jobs I'm after, I'm off to the back-boonies of Rural Korea to teach for a while. It's nothing but tea leafs and Monks where I'll be heading. (The Interior: Back-boonies of Korea anyone???) If I end up there you'll be seeing me online alot, probably making some amatuer travel videos to combat the boredom.. I'm gonna love it, tired of cities, they are too damn busy.
Otherwise, agents suck, I learned that, and Cleveland was a good town to do alot of shorts and make some local commercials but not much else here. So, when I'm done over in Asia this is NOT my next destination. (The Interior: Vladivostok anyone???? Just kidding, I wouldn't last a day there!)
I hope all is going well for you guys, I can't wait to see more from your productions!
