Facebook group
Hi everyone. If you are on facebook, please join the group Congo Crisis.

Hopefully this will draw attention to The Interior's latest efforts and further promote the "Food For The Hungry" campaign.

Currently, the group is bare-bones but I will be adding to it over the next few days and the Visa Business network has generously given 100 dollars in ad credits to promote.

So, help out the cause, be happy and good luck with everything you are doing!

Cheers!

Robin

RE: Facebook group
What a coincidence, I just opened a facebook account the other day, after my sister did and said she had reconnected with so many mutual friends and neighbors in my hometown. I just joined the Congo group the other day.

Hope all is well with you guys. I've been teaching in Jersey City, NJ and really loving it. Of course, I wish I were working full time as an actor, but, hey, I'll take where I am.

I look forward to hearing about everybody's whereabouts and plans and I'm always going to be a major fan of The Interior and its awesome people.

RE: Facebook group
Sounds cool, recently deleted facebook- due to the fact i was getting too distracted with study haha. I'll be sure to make a new account.

I was wondering if anyone could help me, I finish school in 8 months and i'm not too sure where to start to get into acting. Not keen on asking my careers advisor at school.. He's not the smartest guy around. I know its what I want to do but I have noo idea where to go or where to start.

RE: Facebook group
What a wonderful organization to get behind. Thank you, Interior, for opening our eyes to the despair of others. Truly a blessed calling.
Belinda- have you looked into NIDA? Some of the finest actors out there today went there, and since you already have proximity to the location, that might be a good idea. Good luck!
ps- miss you all

RE: Facebook group
Thanks brittany. I was actually talking about NIDA with my parents last year. I emailed them this morning asking about when their interviews are.

Also, is their any updates with season 2 auditions? It would be good to know before I make any plans with NIDA just yet, I just think if theres a small chance I could get the part I would love to take it, to get some experience under my belt. I would sacrifice a year head start with NIDA.. (if I got in) and just start when im 19. But I understand if no decisions have been made.

RE: Facebook group
Just joined the Congo Crisis FB group. It is great to see when filmmakers/actors/speakers/singers etc. use their amazing talents to help put a focus on concerns around the world, especially in such a heart-wrenching way. I have a feeling many people didn't talk about it before because it is a tough issue to digest and it is easier to watch the video and keep it at a distance than have to really think about it enough to write a comment.
