Shameful Self Promotion
Hi Folks,
I found an online film contest for one minute films, so I cut together something I did several years ago on a trip to the Gobi Desert. I'm not in it, but I did write and direct. If you'd like to get a laugh take a look.

Hey All,

I like this thread Mike, good for success stories. I finally got to watch your vid, pretty cool. Would like to see the whole thing.

As for me, and my promotion. Check out www.bethemoviestar.com tomorrow, (Wednesday) I'll be featured on the home page doing the update video. (I'm so bad at interviews)

Hello!

I've been reading, but not writing much on these because I haven't had much to report. I am excited though because we are having the premiere of Horror House (www.horrorhousemovie.com), an independent film I have a major role in, this next Thur. Oct 30 in Minneapolis, MN for the Fearless Filmmakers Festival, just in time for Halloween.

It'll be nice to finally see the fruits of all our labor on that film!

Thought I'd post this on this thread because it is a shameful self-promotion - A film I was a lead in called "Mysterious Ways" made it into the 27th Annual Minneapolis International Film Festival April 16-30, 2009. It is 1 of only 4 feature length non-documentary films that were accepted into the MN made category, so we are pretty happy!

There are 120-150 films that are going to be there overall from around the world, so it should be a fun 2 weeks!

I'm hopping on the Shameful Self Promotion bandwagon as well.

Two of my feature films have been accepted in the Cannes Film Festival and i just got accredited as well. So it looks like i'm going to Cannes!.

The first movie is the action/fantasy film Reiki in which i have a supporting role. I play an oprhan who was raised to become an elite assassin.

The second movie is Life is an Art. It's Se7en meets Saw with a dash of Zodiac. In this movie i play one of the leads, but can't share much about the role because of the plot (sorry!).

On the 25th of April i will be in the Elf Fantasy Fair promoting Reiki. James Marsters will be there as well. It's gonna rock.

It's good to read that everyone is doin' great!. Keep it up.
